Omolara holds a higher National Diploma (H.N.D) in Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, and a Bachelor of Science (B.sc.) in Business Administration from Caleb University.

Worked with Diya Fatimilehin & Co, as a sourcing Officer , Adron Homes & Property as a Marketing Officer , and Atom Real Estate where she worked as the Facility Manager  .She joined UbosiEleh and Co as an Estate Surveyor in 2022.
