Akinpelu, Oluwatobi Olumide is a resourceful, industrious and goal oriented professional with over 8 years experience in real estate sector. He holds a B.Sc in Estate Management from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University , Ile-Ife, Osun state in the year 2013. He undertook his SIWES program with Diya Fatimilehin& Co., and Industrial Training programs with UbosiEleh + Co., in 2009 and 2011 respectively.

Upon graduation, he undertook his one year NYSC scheme with UbosiEleh + Co., as a pupil surveyor. After his Youth Service program, and was retained with the firm in 2014.

He is presently working with the valuation unit of the firm. He has attended various courses and trainings in Real Estate and Facility Management.

He is an associate member of the Nigerian institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers’ Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
