Odii Ruth .C. obtained a national diploma (ND) and Higher national diploma (HND) in estate management from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana.

She undertook her Industrial training at Ministry of Lands survey and Housing Ebonyi State.

Her work experience started with Panda Supermarket and restaurant as a manager, thereafter,  lashion links group of Company as real estate marketer upon completion of compulsory national youth service corps with sonika intentional school as a Economics tutor, she worked with  Home light properties as a marketing team lead, capital city development as external sales person and Polaris bank limited as retail sales agent.

She is presently working with ubosieleh and Co. in valuation and sales department.  She is an estate surveyor with solid educational background and passion for the industry. She has vast experience in estate agency

Her hobbies include reading, traveling, playing badminton games etc
