Ibiam Chukwu Odirichi. obtained his National Diploma (ND)and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management and Valuation from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana. He undertook his Industrial Training at the Estate and Works Department, Ebonyi University State and served with the Delta Development and Property Authority, Delta State during his NYSC period. Prior to joining the firm of Ubosi Eleh + Co., he worked with Odum O. Partners Asaba Delta State for a brief period.

He has attended different professional trainings with certificates- among all are Project management professional (PMP) and
General, health, safety and Environment (GHSE) with the institute of safety professional of Nigeria and is  a member of the Nigeria institution of estate surveyors and valuers.

An Estate Surveyor with an innovative mindset and passion for the industry, he has vast experience in the Facilities management and Estate agency. His core values are Honesty, energetic Professionalism, Team spirit, commitment, diligence, self driven and result oriented.

His hobbies include:  reading, traveling, creative playing musical instruments.
