Following his secondary school education at Mafoluku Grammar School, He went on to study Estate Management as an undergraduate at The Federal University of Technology, Akure to obtain his Bachelor's Degree.

He was able to secure a job in 2015 with Samson Agbato Consulting after his service year as an Estate Surveyor in Lagos, and after two years of consistency, hard work, and growth, he rose to the position of Team Lead of the Agency Unit.

In February 2020, he proceeded to Akin Abraham & Associates as a commercial brokerage and FM Service. I moved to another firm, Numero Homes Global Resources in November 2020 as The Project Manager/Facility Manager for the firm.

He currently works with Ubosi Eleh & Co as a Senior Surveyor II of the Agency unit. He has over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Habeeb is a Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV).
