Franklin Onyinyechukwu Nlem is a diligent, enthusiastic and goal driven professional with over 8 years experience in the real estate sector.

He started his career with Jide Taiwo and Co. in 2009 as a pupil surveyor after which He moved to Anene and Associates in 2012, Before He join the great team of MESSRE Ubosi Eleh and Company in November 2012; till date and has since risen to the position of the branch manager at Onitsha office.

He has also served at Bomadi Local Government Council as an Environmental impact assessment officer in 2011, and also as a Duty manager at Nanete Pinnacle Limited, Command Guest House Apapa also in 2012.

Nlem Franklin is a graduate of Imo State University Owerri with Bsc (Hons) in Estate Management of 2009 academic session and an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
