Favour holds a higher National Diploma (H.N.D) in Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri, Imo State,  a Post Graduate Diploma (in view) from Rivers State University of Science and Technology.

She undertook her industrial Training in Jide Taiwo and Co, upon Graduating in 2018, Prior to joining the firm of Ubosi Eleh + o.,  she worked with Ngozi Otuonye Jeremiah and Co  as the Head, valuation unit upon retention after completing her NYSC in the firm in 2018. She is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV)
