Tope holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) In Estate Management from Federal University of Technology Akure in 2017.

He undertook his  industrial Training in Tiwa Adegbiji and Co., did his NYSC at Diamond Wisdom College, Zamfara, Nigeria where he Improved the students’ attendance and academic performance through  positive relationship in subjects such as Basic Science, Basic Technology and Agricultural Science

He joined Ubosi Eleh and Co as an Estate Surveyor in 2021.
