Emmanuela Uzoamaka Otty holds a BSc. (Hons) and MSc. (Hons) Degree in Estate Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State in 2014 and 2019 respectively. She is currently running her PhD. Programme in the same University.

She undertook her Industrial Training Programme with Onabanjo and Onabanjo and Co in 2013. Upon graduation, she undertook her one year National Youth Service Corps Scheme (NYSC) with Oredo Local Government Council, Benin City in 2015 as an Assistant Estate Officer. She also worked with Eziafa Charisma and Co.  In January 2022, she joined the esteemed firm of Ubosi Eleh & Co. She has over eight years of experience in real estate sector. More so, she is a graduate member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

She is a researcher and has published several articles on real estate. An intelligent, hardworking, well-organized and articulated individual and a goal driven professional.

Her core values are integrity, Honesty, professionalism, and term work. She loves to study, research, dance, watch good movie and play Volley ball.

She is happily married.
