David Obanure is a highly motivated and results orientated individual, he has a good knowledge of agency, property valuation and property management from his various place of industrial attachment and work. These includes other levels of service rendered

A graduate of HND in Estate Management and Valuations from Federal Polytechnic Idah Kogi State. he has undertaken professional and industrial trainings such as the post graduate project management professional, certified by Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. Industrial training in 2012 with the firm Ubosi Eleh  &Co, Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

He undertook his one (1) year National Youth Service Corps Scheme (NYSC) with Community high school, Esie-Oro, Kwara State in 2015 and worked with Diya Fatimilehin & Co. in three (3) of their branches as head of letting department  and also won the best staff of the year while in Surulere branch before joining Ubosi Eleh and Company in 2021.

David Obanure is currently the head of letting department ikeja office and a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
