SUBAIR AYODELE MUIDEEN is a graduate of Estate Management & Valuation from Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun state in 2010. Had his NYSC under State Universal Education Board (SUBEB) in Jahun, Jigawa State. He did his internship with Akin Olawore & Co. as an Estate officer, then worked with Yinka Okunusi and Associates as Estate Surveyor between 2012 to 2016, he then proceeded to Wemabod Estates Limited as Estate/Property Manager between 2017 to 2022.

He joinedthe firm of  Ubosi Eleh and Co in 2022. He is an Associate member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

He is currently running a Masters (MBA) Program in Project Management with the University of Lagos (UNILAG)..
