Moses A. Alabi is a dynamic, resourceful, intelligent and hardworking professional.  He is a 2015 graduate of Estate Management from The Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State.

He is an associate member of the Nigerian institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers’ Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

Prior to joining the firm of Ubosi Eleh & Company in 2023, he worked with Tope Ojo and Tunde Olonisakin Estate Surveyors & Valuers as a team member in their Valuation Department and rose to the position of a Team Lead, Bamigbola Consulting Chartered Estate Surveyors & Valuers as a head, Valuation and Gbenga Olaniyan & Associates Estate Surveyors & Valuers as a Senior Surveyor.

He has at different times attended various seminars and training programmes in Real Estate and Project Management Profession.

His core values are commitment, integrity, result oriented, diligence, self driven and team spirit.

He has over 7 years of real estate practice experience and currently he is presently working with the valuation unit of the firm.
