Adeleke holds a B.Sc. in Estate Management from Abia State University, Uturu, Okigwe, Abia State.

He undertook his Industrial Training Programme with the firm of Kayode Fashade and Co in 1999 and in 2002 respectively and upon graduation, he undertook his one-year National Youth Service Corps Scheme (NYSC) with Jigawa State Housing Authority, Dutse before joining the firm of Ubosi Eleh + Co in 2003.

He has over sixteen years’ experience in the real estate sector.
