CHUDI STEPHEN UBOSI

Chudi Ubosi is a principal partner of the firm with over 30 years experience in the real Estate Industry. He started his career with Chinweuba Odumodu & Co in 1986 as a youth corper after which he moved to Diya Fatimilehin & Co on completion of the service year. While at Diya Fatimilehin & Co. he rose to the position of a Manager and ran their Yaba and Ikeja offices respectively until 1991, when he set up his own practice; Ubosi & Co which later became Ubosi Eleh & Co.

He is currently the Chairman of the Association of Estate Agents of Nigeria (AEAN) a body being midwived by the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) to introduce best practices into the practice of Estate Agency having served the institution in various other capacities including been appointed to head Faculty of Estate Agency of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) a post he held for 4 years until June 2015.

Chudi Ubosi is a graduate of University of Lagos with B.Sc (Hons) Degree in Estate Management and M.Sc. in Construction Management in 1985 and 1987 respectively. He was elected an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) in 1991 and a Fellow in 2001.

He is also the President, Africa Region of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) a post he has held since 2013

EMEKA D. ELEH

Emeka was born on the 11th day of July 1964. He attended Federal Government College, Sokoto for his Secondary School Education and Federal School of Arts and Science, Sokoto for his ‘A’ Levels (High School Certificate). Thereafter he proceeded to the University of Lagos where he obtained a B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management in 1987. He also holds a M.Sc. in Construction Management from the same University.

Upon graduation, he worked with the then Continental Merchant Bank Limited, Diya Fatimilehin & Co. and Ikeyina Edomobi & Co. before teaming up with his Partner to establish the firm of Ubosi Eleh + Co. (Estate Surveyors and Valuers) in 1991.

Emeka qualified as an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in 1991 and was transferred to the Fellowship grade (FNIVS) in 2005. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), Member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and Member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). He is also a Rotarian and is a past President of the Rotary Club of Opebi (District 9110).

He served as the Vice President, Legislation, and Environment Committee of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) from 2008 – 2012; Director, Mortgages PHB (Mortgage Bankers) 2008 – 2011 and Board Member, Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria 2004 – 2006 and 2012 to 2014. He was also a Member of the Federal Government National Integrated Infrastructure Master Plan Technical Working Group amongst others.

He has been a very active Member of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and has served the Institution in several capacities Viz Assistant National Secretary (2000 – 2002), National Secretary (2004 – 2006) National Council Member (2006 – 2008), 2nd Vice President (2008 – 2010), and 1st Vice President (2010 – 2012). He became President of the Institution in 2012 and served in that capacity till March 2014.

He has attended many courses locally and internationally. He has also presented papers at Seminars and Conferences both within and outside Nigeria.

He is very passionate about the subject of Land Reform and the development of a land rights infrastructure that will give Nigerians title to their land as well as the enthronement of appropriate and transparent land administration system. He has presented several papers and spoken extensively on this issue as well on the allied issues of Housing and the Environment.

He was a Delegate to the National Conference 2014 representing The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) under the Professional Bodies Group.

ADELEKE ADESHINA

B.SC (EST. MGT.)

He holds a B.Sc in Estate Management from Abia State University, Uturu, Okigwe, Abia State in 2000.

He undertook his Industrial Training Programme with the firm of Kayode Fashade and Co in 1999 and in 2002 respectively and upon graduation, he undertook his one year National Youth Service Corps Scheme (NYSC) with Jigawa State Housing Authority, Dutse before joining the firm of Ubosi Eleh + Co in 2003.

OLUSANJO STEPHEN FAWOLE

Olusanjo is a 2002 graduate of Estate Management with over ten years experience in the real estate sector and currently works as a Senior Valuation Surveyor in the Ikeja office of Ubosi Eleh+ Co.

Presently, he is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring that all valuation reports from the company meets professional standards both locally and internationally under the leadership of the Managing Partner and Branch Manager.

Prior to joining the firm of Ubosi Eleh & Company in 2006, he worked with the firm of Diya, Fatimilehin & Co as Management Surveyor and Branch Manager in the Lagos and Yola offices respectively.

While working in the firm of Diya Fatimilehin & Co, he  gained wide experience in property management and valuations and rose through the ranks to become the Yola Branch Manager before leaving the firm in 2006 He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), a Registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuer’s Registration Board of Nigeria and a member of MCPD committee of the Lagos State Branch of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

He has at different times attended various seminars and training programmes on team building, management, and leadership.

His hobbies include watching football, reading, singing and traveling. Olusanjo is a focused, self-motivated, highly reliable and flexible individual who learns quickly with enthusiasm.

GLORY NWOSU

Glory  Nwosu holds a Bs.Sc. in Estate Management from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu in the year 2000.

She undertook her Industrial Training programme with Participant Properties Limited and Filmore Realtors in 1999.

Upon graduation, she undertook her one year NYSC Scheme with Community Secondary School, Trofani in Bayelsa State as a teacher. After her Youth Service programme, she worked with Vivien Ugwueze & Co. between 2001- 2007 before joining the firm of Ubosi Eleh + Co. in 2008.

CHARITY IKPOBA

Charity Ikpoba a seasoned estate surveyor and valuer with a work experience of over a decade.

A graduate of Auchi Polytechnic, who started her professional career as an Intern with Messer Dan. Odiete & Co.  On completion of her National Youth Service with the firm of Jide Taiwo & Co.  She was retained as pupil surveyor.

She rose to the position of Head, Valuation unit, Ikeja zone, a position she held for 4 years before joining the firm of Ubosi Eleh + Co. in 2011.

She was elected an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in 2012 and holds a Certificate of General and Supervisory HSE of Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria.

She presently heads Valuation Department of the firm at the Victoria Island office, Lagos.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
