Angela C. Oputa is a process-driven certified Senior Human Resource Practitioner with strong Financial Management background, offering over 16years commendable work experience, spanning across the Real Estate, HR Consulting and Banking sectors; a top-performing Human Resource Generalist, with a track record of success in developing and administering Human Resource plans and procedures, understands and implements HR policies and procedures.

She is the Human Resources Manager of the firm and has the responsibilities of evaluating programs and benefits administration, recruitment/selection, training/development, organizational design, people management, process improvement, payroll administration and talent/performance amongst other employee relations management.

Prior to joining the firm of Ubosi Eleh + Co in 2014, she worked with Diamond Bank PLC and Access Bank Plc in both operations and relationship management departments from 2005 to 2012 where she gained a lot of experience in corporate leadership and relationship management. She joined Kodec Connect Consulting Ltd (a HR Consulting firm) as the Group Head, Corporate Resources in 2012 where she harnessed and grew her employee relations competence.

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) of Nigeria, an alumnus of The Lagos Academy Business School (TLBAS), the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) and the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).

She is self-motivated and has undergone several trainings on emotional intelligence, leadership development  and organisational structure. She adapts readily to new challenges.

She is married and her marriage is blessed with three lovely kids.
