Ubosi Eleh & Co is a trusted firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, duly registered under Nigerian law and fully compliant with the standards of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

Chudi Ubosi

Principal Partner

Chudi Ubosi is a Partner in the firm of Ubosi Eleh + Co. (Estate Surveyors and Valuers) with over 38 years’ experience in the real estate industry.

He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and has served the Institution in various capacities, including being the first Chairman of the Faculty of Estate Agency of the institution, a post he held for over 4 years.

He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is a member of the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA). He is a Past President, Africa Region of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), a post he held for six years until 2018.

Chudi Ubosi is a writer and has to his credit numerous published professional and general interest articles. In his leisure time, Chudi Ubosi is an avid golfer

Emeka Eleh

Principal Partner

Emeka Eleh obtained his B.Sc. Estate Management (Second Class Upper Division) and a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Lagos in 1987 and 1995, respectively.

He undertook his one-year National Youth Service with the Premises Department of Continental Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited. Afterwards, he joined the firm of Ikeyina, Edomobi & Company (Estate Surveyors and Valuers), where he rose to the position of Principal Surveyor, overseeing the Valuation and Development Departments, before co-founding Ubosi Eleh & Co.

A respected industry leader, he is a:

  • Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS)
  • Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS)
  • Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM)
  • Member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)
  • Member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA)

He is also a Past President of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

With over 28 years of experience in real estate consultancy, Emeka Eleh has established himself as a trusted authority in valuation, development, and advisory services. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping Ubosi Eleh & Co. into one of Nigeria’s foremost real estate firms, with a reputation built on professionalism, innovation, and integrity.

Glory Nwosu

Associate Partner

Glory Nwosu is an accomplished Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over 20 years of professional experience in Property management and Agency e.g., property. She holds a BSc in Estate Management from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu State. 

She is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and is duly registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

As an Associate Partner at Ubosi Eleh & Co., Glory Nwosu plays a strategic role in driving the firm’s business growth, overseeing high-value projects, and ensuring quality service delivery across all client engagements. 

She works closely with the Partners to develop and implement strategies that strengthen the firm’s market presence, foster client relationships, and maintain industry leadership.

Olusanjo Stephen Fawole

Associate Partner

Olusanjo Stephen Fawole is a distinguished Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over two decades of proven expertise in property valuation, real estate consulting, regulatory compliance, and client advisory services.

He holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, and a Master’s Degree in Housing from the University of Ibadan.

A Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a registered professional with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), Olusanjo combines technical competence with strategic insight to deliver value-driven real estate solutions. 

He is also a licensed Capital Market Operator by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Nigeria, as a Compliance Officer—demonstrating his depth of knowledge in governance, ethics, and financial regulation.

In addition to his national professional affiliations, Olusanjo is a member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), a global real estate federation, which broadens his perspective and connects him with international best practices.

As an Associate Partner at Ubosi Eleh & Co., Olusanjo plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s growth and reputation. Charity Ikpoba

Associate Partner

Ikpoba Charity is a seasoned Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over two decades of professional experience in the real estate sector. She has carved a niche for herself across core areas of the profession, including property valuation, agency, property management, and real estate advisory.

She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management from Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho.

Charity is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and is duly registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

As an Associate Partner at Ubosi Eleh & Co., she plays a strategic role in driving the firm’s growth, managing high-value projects, and ensuring consistent delivery of top-tier services. Onyinye Gertrude Nnabugwu

Associate Partner

Onyinye Gertrude Nnabugwu is an accomplished Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over 14 years of professional experience in property valuation, agency, and strategic real estate advisory. She holds a BSc in Estate Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and a Master’s in Facilities Management from the University of Lagos. 

She is a certified Data Analyst from Utiva and a certified Financial Modeller from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University. She is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and is duly registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

As an Associate Partner at Ubosi Eleh & Co., Onyinye plays a strategic role in driving the firm’s business growth, overseeing high-value projects, and ensuring quality service delivery across all client engagements. She works closely with the Partners to develop and implement strategies that strengthen the firm’s market presence, foster client relationships, and maintain industry leadership.

Angela Oputa

Head HR & Admin

Angela is a results-driven Human Resources professional with 20+ years of experience spanning financial, HR consulting, and real estate sectors. She has a proven record in relationship management, HR strategy, policy implementation, and administration and is passionate about mentoring, fostering growth, and driving organizational success through people-centric solutions.

Prior to her current position, Angela served as Group Head, Corporate Resources at Kodec Connect Consulting Ltd, a business and HR consulting firm based in Lagos. She has also held roles as Relationship Manager at Intercontinental Bank PLC (now Access Bank PLC) and Bank & Teller Officer at Diamond Bank Plc (now Access Bank PLC).

She holds a BS.C (Ed.) in Accounting from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, (UNN), a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) with additional certifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria and Employee Assistance Professional Association of Nigeria (EAPA).

She has also undergone several certified trainings on leadership, personal development and emotional intelligence and coaching, enhancing her skills in people management, problem solving, strategies and policies implementation.

As the Head of human resources and administration at Ubosi Eleh & Co., Angela ensures availability of adequate man power and other resources for smooth operations, ensuring efficient execution and implementation of policies, compliance with regulatory standards, and the delivery of high-quality services to both internal and external clients. Her leadership combines technical expertise, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to goals accomplishment and satisfaction of all stake holders.
