Akpan holds a B.SC in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, Osun State (2013).

He's a smart, industrious, goal oriented, creative and competent professional with over 10 years experience that spans across real estate and banking.

His work experience in real estate began with his industrial training at the Lagos State Ministry of Housing in 2011. He completed the compulsory National Youth Service as a corp member with Lagos State Public Works Department, Berger Lagos in 2014.

He's attended different trainings on leadership, with certificates– one of them being the leadership training at the Centre For Citizenship and Leadership Development Training at the Sea School Apapa, Lagos

After a brief stint with First City Monument Bank in the sales team, Business Banking Group Alagbado branch, he worked with Tope Ojo  & Tunde Oloonisakin Estate Surveyors, Valuers and Auctioneers where he honed his skills in real estate agency, sales, valuation and auctioneering

Since joining the firm of Ubosi Eleh & Company in January 2023, Akpan's burgeoning career in real estate has continued to gain traction with his  role in the agency department where he's particular about client satisfaction and branch productivity.

His hobbies include reading, creative writing and chess.
