Macben is a 2001 graduate of Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, Imo State.

He undertook his industrial training programme with the firm of Frank Amadi & Partners in 1998 and the Dept. of Land Administration, Ministry of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja in 1999 respectively. Upon graduation, he undertook his one year National Youth Service Corps Scheme (NYSC) with Aniocha South Local Government, Ogwashi-uku, Delta State , before joining Ubosi Eleh + Co in 2003.

He has over 19 years of real estate practice experience and currently heads the Abuja branch office of the firm.
