- Manage existing clients relationship
- Increase the firm’s clientele base
- Increase the firm’s property portfolio
- Engage in marketing activities to sell firm’s services
- Generate referrals for business deals
- Work with the team to achieve established goals
- Generate income from the services of the firm
- Be knowledgeable in valuation execution and property management
- Initiate ideas to drive the sales team and conclude transactions.
- A graduate of Estate Management with at least 1 year post NYSC work experience in the real estate sector
- Good oral and written communication
- Relationship management
- Outspoken and versatile
- Good in desktop publishing and social media activities
- Membership of the institution is an advantage.
